the wifi was an absolute disaster, couldn’t even connect at the beach. and speaking of the beach, the overpriced room service menu was pathetic, how hard is it to have 24/7 options? i almost considered leaving a good review, but the subpar breakfast and lack of attention truly spoiled it for me.

amazing, amazing, amazing
I had the best holiday experience! The breakfast options were plentiful, featuring delicious pastries and fresh fruit that were to die for. My Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View was very comfortable, and the stunning sea view from the infinity pool was breathtaking.

The atmosphere at the pool can be disrupted by flies, making it hard to relax. The beach experience falls short due to seaweed, and there's limited dining variety, leading to repetitive menu choices. Nearby shopping options are sparse, requiring a long walk to find snacks or supplies. The shower pressure is disappointing and can take ages to warm up, alongside a clogged drain in the room. Also, the all-inclusive menu visibility feels frustrating when not applicable.

Here’s my unfiltered experience
I had a fabulous six-night stay! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The spacious room featured effective wifi, a comfy bed, and daily cleanings that set the mood for a cozy stay. Live music during dinner nights was a delightful surprise—especially Sundays with the live band! The pool area was well-kept, ensuring a perfect relaxation spot.

Couple getaway with ups and downs
The gardens were beautiful, really calming to walk through every day. The a la carte dining had some decent options , but we tried to stay clear of the breakfasts , which felt repetitive.
Not exactly budget-friendly , especially with all the extra costs popping up.

Amazing staff made it special!
The staff were seriously the highlight! So friendly, especially Eurine, she's a gem. Breakfast was solid, and the seafood was delish. The pool was awesome for chillin'. Only issue was wi-fi kinda sucked for a day, but overall, great spot! The poolside snack bar had some tasty bites too.

I had a great time! The breakfast was a highlight with organic options, and the infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning. However, the service could be improved as the food took longer than expected at times.
